One squeeze, best of two. Seated, and you get to see your score.
Chair Stand Sprint
How many times can you stand up and sit down in 30 seconds?
Pool Noodle Javelin
Distance and aim both count. Nobody stays serious for this one.
Precision Toss
Bean bags and rings at three distances. A steady hand wins.
Balance & Agility
A short cone course at your own pace, scored on control.
Fast Walk Relay
The grand finale. Your whole team walks the course together.
How the afternoon runs
Two hours, start to finish. Arrive at 11:30 to meet your team.
- 11:30Doors open. Check in, meet your team, pick up your color.
- 12:00Welcome and quick rules.
- 12:10Games one to three, with seated options at every station.
- 1:00Games four to six, ending with the Fast Walk Relay.
- 1:40Medal ceremony and team awards.
- 2:00Head home with your score card.

Yes, for Valencia Reserve residents, and your guest comes free too. There is nothing to buy on the day.
I don't have a team. Can I still come?
Please do. Most people come on their own, and we mix the teams at check-in.
What if I sign up and can't make it?
Call us or tell the front desk and we will give your spot to someone on the waiting list.
